Honestly, it’s not the exact same but it is really close. We still like to recommend a full body 90-minute massage every so often, but this is a great weekly option.
With dozens of options you can have a massage that digs into the muscles, taps along the back or simply squeezes with compression. It’s your massage, make it how you like it!
Everyone is different but we would not advise a massage daily. There are too many other great services you can ultilize to stimulate your muscles or relax. Check with your doctor for specifics.

While there are claims from nitrogen cryo owners online suggesting that electric cryo is not as cold, our members know the truth. We measure our temps as air temperature, while most nitro chambers measure inside the core where temps are more than double that of the air temperature. Electric chambers are safer, easier to enter and exit, cover your entire body head to toe, and are more private due to fewer safety concerns. They run constantly, and our chambers have the ability to add wind chill. We also allow our members to stay inside for up to 5 minutes, as recent research suggests that longer is better, to a point. Don’t believe us? Just try a service and we bet you will find your new favorite cryo chamber.

Honestly, it’s cold… But it’s also exhilarating, and many people say they get a rush and feel a tremendous amount of energy following their session.

  1. Disrobe and take your temperature
  2. Put on headphones and select your favorite music for dancing…
  3. Put on a mask, slippers and gloves, and start the clock
  4. Enter chamber one for body acclimation (30 seconds)

Of course the biggest difference is that you do not get wet. While some people absolutely love floating in water, members who love the dry float like that it’s not claustrophobic, there is no getting into water that someone else was in, no shower is required before and after and you don’t need bathing suits and towels. The dry float still gives you the experience of floating, the chromotherapy lighting, the sound, and even the salt.
Simply sit on the table, press start, lean back and relax. 31 minutes later the table will rise from the water and you are ready to go. It’s simple, relaxing and the ideal way to relax muscles, joint pain, and your mind.
The water is kept at about 95 degrees and feels warm when you start the session.
