Our Story

“Looking back it almost seems irresponsible. We had a mortgage, three young kids and a dog but, something wasn’t right. It felt like we were missing some of the most important years of our kid’s lives working in the rat race. Something had to change, so I quit my job.”

Our Story- The slightly longer version…

Looking back now, we can’t help but laugh at how long it took us to see what really mattered. For years, we threw ourselves into the corporate rat race, chasing success and accolades, only to realize our most meaningful contributions were happening at home—with our loved ones and community. In 2020, we decided enough was enough. It was time to step off the treadmill and focus on what truly matters.

So, why health and wellness? It’s personal. It all started in 2015 when doctors told us our son had juvenile arthritis and needed to start a highly toxic drug regimen. It was a moment that changed everything. Instead of accepting it at face value, we chose to dig deeper. After countless hours of research, we learned about the body’s incredible ability to heal itself. We decided to make changes to his diet, and to our amazement, his symptoms vanished, and his tests came back normal.

That experience ignited a passion for understanding health and wellness. We dove headfirst into exploring human anatomy and timeless practices for healing—therapies using heat, cold, oxygen, light, salt, and more. We sifted through countless methods, only committing to those supported by sound science and meaningful results. It was during this journey of discovery that Renoja began to take shape.

In early 2021, after months of researching and traveling across the country to evaluate therapies, the idea crystalized. We weren’t just building a business; we were creating a movement to help people renew their health, optimize their bodies and minds, and extend their active lifespans. And just like that, Renoja was born.

Today, Renoja is more than a wellness studio—it’s a guide for those ready to take charge of their health. With locations now thriving in several states, we’re inspired every day by the lives being transformed.

If you’re curious about what’s next, we’d love for you to explore how you can join the Renoja community or even open a studio of your own. Together, we’re shaping a healthier, more empowered future—one person at a time.

Your greatest impact will not be on the world at large, it will be on the people closest to you.
