While there are claims from nitrogen cryo owners online suggesting that electric cryo is not as cold, our members know the truth. We measure our temps as air temperature, while most nitro chambers measure inside the core where temps are more than double that of the air temperature. Electric chambers are safer, easier to enter and exit, cover your entire body head to toe, and are more private due to fewer safety concerns. They run constantly, and our chambers have the ability to add wind chill. We also allow our members to stay inside for up to 5 minutes, as recent research suggests that longer is better, to a point. Honestly, it’s cold… But it’s also exhilarating, and many people say they get a rush and feel a tremendous amount of energy following their session.

  1. Disrobe and take your temperature
  2. Put on headphones and select your favorite music for dancing…
  3. Put on a mask, slippers and gloves, and start the clock
  4. Enter chamber one for body acclimation (30 seconds)
  5. Enter chamber two for the full experience (3-5 minutes); adjust windchill if desired
  6. Step out anytime you like or when the screen says “finished”
A single session can last from 30 seconds to 5 minutes and 30 seconds. Some people say they feel cold for just a few minutes and others say it’s a few hours. However, thermogenesis can last up to 12 hours, forcing your body to burn calories for heat.
There are several services that are great with cryotherapy, except one. We do not recommend the infrared sauna before cryotherapy, as we do not allow people to enter the chamber sweaty or wet. You can imagine what happens to moisture in freezing temperatures…
